**As an event taking place in France and organized by a French company, the invoiced prices include a 10% VAT.  If you need an invoice without VAT, please choose to pay by bank transfer and send your request to contact@sfi-dgfi2023.fr . Please note that invoices without VAT can be issued only if you have a European VAT number.

Registration is recorded only upon receipt of payment of the corresponding fees. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, we will issue a registration confirmation and a settled invoice.

In cases where full payment has not been received before the meeting opening, delegates will be required to pay the outstanding balance upon arrival.

Only French reasearch labs are authorized post-event payment.
 

Cancellation policy:
 

• Cancellation before 30 June 2023: the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50€ (VAT Incl).
• No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 July 2023

Cancellation requests must include the participant’s name, e-mail address, and the amount paid. Please send your request to contact@sfi-dgfi2023.fr

Photography
As in-person participants of the SFI DGfI Joint Meeting 2023, the registered delegates authorize the organizers to use any photograph or video taken during the congress and to make it available on the congress website and on partners medias ; to the express exclusion of operations outside the context of the communication activities related to the event, and any use likely to damage reputation or any other medium of pornographic, racist, xenophobic character or any other prejudicial exploitation.
